CANOE RENTALS:

Canoe Rentals on the "FOX" !!!

Pick the trail you want and Fox River Recreation does the rest of the work.

All canoes will be dropped at the time and point of agreement, with payments made in full by the preceding day.  All canoes have to be returned via waterway to Fox River Recreation, unless other pick-up arrangements were made ahead of time.

DROP-OFF POINTS:

1. Burlington, WI- 18 mile drive by car from Fox River Recreation.  Approximately 23 miles of canoeing.

2. Silver Lake, WI- 6 mile drive by car from Fox River Recreation.  Approximately 7.5 miles of canoeing.  

3.  Place of your choice!  Must be arranged with the office at Fox RIver Recreation (847)395-6090.

*Customers must make their own arrangements for people transportation between points of departure and arrival.

RENTAL TERMS:
  • $20/ day/ canoe, with a $5 drop-off charge/ canoe.
  • Minimum 4 canoes, maximum 10 canoes.
  • Paddles and lifevests provided with each canoe.
  • 2 adult persons with 1 (one) child as third person!!!
  • FOX RIVER RECREATION, management, and employees are not responsible for accidents during canoe trip caused by removal of vests or consumption of alcohol!
  • A fee will be charged for the loss of the following items:
                                         paddles..................$ 18 each
                                         vests.....................$ 15 each
                                         middleseats............$ 45 each
                                         canoe damage........$ 350

PAYMENTS:

Must be received in full 48 hours prior to reservation date (for groups).
